Mahwah Student Musicians Named To National Ensemble
The students will perform before thousands of people in Pittsburgh in April.

MAHWAH, NJ — Three township students will perform in front of thousands of people as part of a national ensemble.
Aaron Lockwood, Olivia Leto, and Dante Mejia were named to the 2019 All-Eastern Honors Ensemble, three of just 780 students nationwide to receive the honor.
The National Association for Music Education oversees the ensemble program and the April performance.

There are several ensembles: A symphony orchestra, mixed chorus, treble chorus, and jazz ensemble.
"Congratulations on this wonderful achievement," said John Pascale, Mahwah High School principal. "We wish you continued success with your future endeavors."
