MAHWAH, NJ — A special meeting to discuss proposals for the Department of Public Works facility is to be hosted on Zoom video conference on Thursday, May 7.
Scheduled for 7 p.m., no formal action will be taken at the meeting.
The presentation is available on the Mahwah Township website, and discusses what the department is currently lacking at their Railroad Avenue facility.

According to the 42-page presentation, put together by RSC Architects, the current building is undersized with limited parking and facility issues.
The presentation proposes that a new DPW building be constructed, with total construction costs projected at over $24 million.
