The 48-year-old man was pulled from the pool at Lifetime Fitness at about 10:50 a.m., police told Cliffviewpilot.com.
Emergency medical personnel responded and attempted to resuscitate the man, the report states, but he died while at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
