Bergen Man Had Sexual Contact With Girl For 2 Years: Prosecutor

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County man was arrested Wednesday after investigators looked into allegations he had sexual contact with a now 10-year-old girl for two years.
Luis Remache, 40, was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault by sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Hackensack police conducted interviews based on allegations from a 10-year-old girl that Remache had engaged in sexual conduct with her for the past two years in Hackensack, said Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal.

Remache is scheduled to appear in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court Friday morning, Grewal said.
