Man Killed After 7-Story Fall From Bergen Office Building: Police

A body was discovered Tuesday morning in a grassy area behind the Glenpointe office complex in Teaneck, police said.

TEANECK, N.J. - Police have released the identity of the man who died after falling seven stories from the top of the Glenpointe Complex Tuesday morning.

The body was Clifford M. Lemay, 57, was found in the grass near the office complex, Patch previously reported. Police received a call about someone lying the grass shortly after 7 a.m., Chief Robert Carney said.

Emergency responders discovered that Lemay died from injuries sustained from falling from the roof, Carney said.

Lemay's death appeared to be "a horrific accident," Carney said, and no foul play is suspected.

The investigation is ongoing. Authorities are trying to determine if high winds played a factor in Lemary's death, Carney said.
