One of the four people charged, Roy Cabreja, is a fugitive, authorities said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A woman and a Megan's Law offender were arrested after they allegedly sold cocaine in a house with three young children inside, authorities learned during an investigation out of Ridgefield Park, authorities said.

Maria Morales, 59, and Roy Cabreja, 53, were charged after investigators learned that they were distributing cocaine out of a Ridgefield Park residence on Teaneck Road, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said in a news release.

Authorities saw Thomas Frasse, 52, and Richard Miraldi, 55, purchase cocaine from the residence Friday and arrested them, the prosecutor said.

Morales and Cabreja were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and various drug possession and distribution offenses, including distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school, Grewal said.
