Moskovitz Joins Franklin Lakes Office of Special Properties
Mahwah Resident Now Part of Fastest-Growing Real Estate Brokerage in northern New Jersey and southern New York
Special Properties Real Estate Services, LLC, the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey and southern New York and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has welcomed Sheryl Moskovitz to its Franklin Lakes, NJ office as a Realtor-Associate.
Moskovitz comes to Special Properties with experience in the real estate title side of the industry. For more than a decade, Sheryl worked with Kingsland Examiners, Inc. as a Real Estate Title Examiner, and then a Real Estate Title Closer. There, she was responsible for examining property records, prepared title insurance policies, prepared closing statements and other legal documents, certified loan payoffs, among other responsibilities. More recently, Sheryl gained extensive business management and operations experience with Balanced Soul Body Workers of Park Ridge and Window Genie, Inc.
She specializes in residential real estate and is recognized for her strong negotiation skills and her ability to effectively communicate with clients throughout the real estate process. She is committed to providing clients, whether they are buying or selling a home, with the highest levels of customer service and attention. In her spare time, Sheryl enjoys attending her sons’ sports games. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising and marketing. Sheryl lives in Mahwah with her husband and two sons.
