This weekend, 7-14 year old students from Mahwah and surrounding areas were given football training by an NFL defensive end – New York Giant Justin Tuck. The two-day camp, held at Saturday and Sunday, saw parents cheering on several hundred football enthusiasts on the field.
Kids were divided into age groups for training, with Tuck addressing the groups, interacting with the campers, and overseeing all of the training from the sidelines.
This is the second year in a row that the Old Spice Justin Tuck Football Camp has come to Mahwah, and for $149 each, local kids spent two days learning non-contact, team-centered drills and skills.

The 6-foot 5-inch, 274-pound Tuck, 28, is perhaps best known for his five tackles during Super Bowl XLII, helping secure the Giants 17-14 victory over the New England Patriots.
ProCamps, which has been in operation since 1998, will now move on to hosting camps with Carmelo Anthony in NYC, Dwyane Wade in Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago, and Reggie Bush in New Orleans, to name a few.
