'What Would You Do?' Filmed at Mahwah's Secor Farms

Episode shows what local families do when confronted with actors pretending they can't afford to buy a big Christmas tree.

For the second time in the series’ history, an episode of the ABC TV series What Would You Do? was filmed in Mahwah.

This time, the episode “Total Strangers Help Buy Christmas Tree for Family” was filmed at Secor Farms, which has been selling Christmas Trees and other outdoor goods to local families for over 100 years.

In the episode, which aired on ABC on Tuesday, three actors pretended to be a mom and two kids who could not afford to buy a big Christmas tree. When the actor kids started getting upset, a bunch of local families offered to buy the tree, or help the family pay for it.
