I've helped North Jersey clients improve body composition, reduce shoulder/knee/back discomfort, and stay consistent long term by focusing on proper movement and clear progression. Most people come to me after: - Stalled progress - Recurring aches or past injuries - Inconsistent routines - Feeling unsure what actually works My sessions blend progressive strength training with corrective work, so results don’t come at the cost of your joints. You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how you’re improving week to week. I keep a limited client roster to ensure attention, progression, and accountability. Who I Work Best With - Adults 30+ focused on weight loss and strength - Professionals who need structure and accountability - People returning after injury or time off - Anyone tired of guessing in the gym Most sessions are held at my training facility in Ramsey where I have access to the equipment needed for effective strength and conditioning work. Limited in-home training is available for nearby clients when appropriate. If you’re looking for a one-time workout, I’m likely not the right fit.
