Working Lionel Train Exhibit On Display At Mahwah Library Next Month

Display will feature two operational tracks.

A special exhibit of the Mahwah Museum’s O-gauge Lionel trains will be on display at the Mahwah Public Library next month.

The museum’s train crew built the 8-by-8 foot display that contains two operating tracks running around a village of ceramic houses.

The exhibit will be in operation from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 8 through 14 and also from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 12. Admission is free.

The museum is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Admission costs $5 for non-museum members. Children and museum members are free. For more information call 201-512-0099.
