2nd Child Porn Arrest For Monroe Twp. Man

This is not his first arrest for child porn: In March 2005, Sam Cynamon, 67, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

MONROE TWP. — A Monroe Township man admitted Thursday to possessing images of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

Sam Cynamon, 67, of Monroe, and formerly of Springfield, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo in Newark federal court to an indictment charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.

Last summer, on July 10, federal officers raided Cynamon's home and seized multiple computers and electronic storage media that he owned. The computers and electronic storage media contained multiple images and videos of child pornography, including images of prepubescent children being sexually abused, feds say.
