8th Annual Manalapan Township Photo Contest

The Manalapan Arts Council and Mayor Mary Ann Musich are please to announce the holding of the 8th annual Manalapan Township Photo Contest. The 2016 theme is “Our Town – An Appreciation of Where I Live”. The contest will be looking for pictures of any scene, object, event, people or activity that occurs in Manalapan that inspires an appreciation of residing in the town.

The contest is open to all Manalapan residents. Township residents can only enter one photo. Photographs must include a brief description (25 words or less) of the photo. Awards will be given in the following two categories, 18 years of age & older (senior) and 17 years of age & younger (junior). The photos will also be displayed at Manalapan Day on June 11, 2016 where the visiting and general public will pick the photo for “People’s Choice”.

Photographs must be received by 4:30pm on Friday May 27, 2016. photographs can be submitted by email to photocontest@mtnj.org (file must be less than 5mb) or dropped off at the Manalapan Township Health Department (photographic prints must not be larger than 5” x 7”). Please remember a submission form must accompany the photograph, which can also be found on the Township website or at the Health Department.
