MANALAPAN, N.J. (Dec. 9, 2021) – The Kurlander Group, led by Alan Kurlander and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Marlboro/Manalapan, has closed and is expected to a close a record 230 home sales by year’s end, in spite of a shortage of housing inventory in Monmouth County.
