A 58-year-old Manalapan resident reported that unknown actor(s) withdrew $30 using their debit card account. The victim was reimbursed by their banking institution.
June 26
An 85-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown person altered one of their checks to withdraw $2,035 from their bank account.
At 9:38 p.m., patrols responded to a Manalapan business on U.S. Highway 9 in reference to a theft of property. Upon arrival, the business reported that unknown actor(s) removed property valued at $229.79. This case is pending further investigation.
June 29
A 65-year-old Manalapan resident reported that their neighbor has been harassing them by having a security camera that is pointed in the direction of their property.
June 30
At 11 a.m., a business in Manalapan reported that approximately $108 worth of merchandise was shoplifted from their business.
At 11:21 a.m., a business in Manalapan reported numerous incidents of damage to an ATM on their property. No currency was reported missing from the machine.
An 81-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown subject tried to apply for a credit card using their personal information.
A 45-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown subject used a fraudulent check to withdraw approximately $3,850 from their bank account.
