MANALAPAN, NJ — A night of thrills and excitement is set for Manalapan when its Haunted Firehouse returns for a second year in October.
Set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 5-10 p.m., the firehouse will be hosted by Manalapan Township Fire Company #1 on Sweetmans Lane.
During the event, the firehouse will "transform into a labyrinth of spooky surprises," officials said.
"As you wind through the eerie corridors, you'll encounter unexpected frights and delightful scares, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all ages," the fire company said in an online post.
"Whether you're a brave soul seeking a heart-pounding scare, or just in for some Halloween fun, this event promises to deliver."
Attendees are invited to come to the Haunted Firehouse in their favorite costume and join in on "an evening filled with spooktacular fun and community spirit."
