MANALAPAN RESIDENT, MICHAEL J BEIRNE APPOINTED AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW JERSEY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ, Jan 24, 2013—On Wed., Jan., 23rd, 2013, the New Jersey Apartment Association
(NJAA) swore in Michael J. Beirne, Executive Vice President of The Kamson Corporation, as one of the NJAA Board Members at the annual membership meeting which took place at the Imperia on Easton in Franklin Township, NJ.

Mr. Beirne has been a member of the NJAA since 1997 and has served as Legislative Chair. Mr. Beirne is also the region 2 Vice President of the National Apartment Association of which the NJAA is a member affiliate.  

“I am honored to serve as a Board Member of this prestigious organization,” said Mr. Beirne. “As a member of NJAA, I learned a lot about the organizations advocacy
efforts and look forward to continuing to work on initiatives to pass legislation that will benefit our members and residents.”

Mr. Beirne has lived in Manalapan for 21 years years with wife Shari and their two children, Marisa and Meredith. 

The NJAA, which consists of the larger, professional owners, managers, builders and developers of private capital and market rate units as well as subsidized and
affordable multi-family rental housing, is dedicated to provide safe, clean and affordable rental housing to more than one million families throughout the state.
