Everyone should know all the facts about STDs/STIs and their sexual health.

April is ”National STI Awareness Month.” STIs, or sexually transmitted infections, can affect people of all ages, races, genders, backgrounds, etc. There are several ways to reduce your risk of STIs including:

Abstinence: Do not have sex.

Mutual Monogamy: Only have sex with one partner.

Communication: Be honest with your partner about your sexual history.

Use barriers: Use protection, such as condoms.
