Arrest At NetCost Market, Police Say
A local man was charged with stealing a woman's cell phone while she was shopping at the NetCost supermarket Saturday.

MANALAPAN, NJ — A local man was charged with stealing a woman's cell phone while she was shopping at the NetCost supermarket Saturday, police said.
The alleged theft happened this past Saturday. At approximately 3:35 p.m., the woman, a 49-year-old Manalapan resident, told police her cell phone, valued at approximately $800, was stolen when she was at the supermarket on Tennent Road. Nerijus Guogis, a 50-year-old, married, male resident of Marlboro who is employed as a truck driver, was arrested for the theft.
He was transported to Manalapan Township police headquarters where he was processed and released after being a summons with a future court date. The victim’s cell phone was recovered and returned.
