Moms, come take a moment for you and join us for some relaxation at the library this Mother's Day. Spend 10 minutes or an hour or as much time as your kids will give you.&nbsp;
Enjoy a relaxing experience of coloring a detailed picture with high-quality markers &amp; colored pencils. Soft music and a moment just for you included.&nbsp;
All materials, including beautiful zen coloring pages, will be provided. Feel free to bring your own drawing and coloring projects if you wish.&nbsp;<h2>Mother's Day Crystal Sound Bowl Bath with Reiki Healing</h2>Celebrate Mother’s Day with a deeply nourishing experience of rest, relaxation, and self-care.

This Crystal Sound Bowl Bath with Reiki Healing is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect, offering a peaceful reset for the mind, body, &amp; spirit.
Participants will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, known to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support energetic balance. The pure tones and frequencies of the bowls can encourage deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of harmony within the body. Throughout the session, gentle Reiki energy will be shared to further support healing, ease tension, and promote overall well-being.
Each 45-minute session includes:

Session Times (please attend ONE session):&nbsp; • 2:00–2:45 p.m. • 3:00–3:45 p.m.
**Please note the doors to the room will be closed 5 minutes after the session is set to start. Please arrive early to enjoy the full 45 minute session**
Chairs will be available for seating. If you prefer to lie down for the duration of the session, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolsters, or any items that will help you feel cozy and supported.

He has appeared on&nbsp;National Public Radio,&nbsp;CBS Sunday Morning, and numerous other media outlets.&nbsp;​He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife Alexandra (an emergency room pediatrician) and two sons.
