DWI Checkpoint On Route 9 In Manalapan

MANALAPAN, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint this Saturday, Sept. 17, in Manalapan.

The checkpoint will run from 10 p.m. on Saturday night to 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.

The checkpoint will be set up at Route 9 South, at Plaza 9. All southbound vehicles will be diverted into the Ocean First bank parking lot, where all drivers will be checked for their sobriety.

Members of the Task Force will work alongside Manalapan police officers, according to Chief Michael Schneider, Allenhurst, Monmouth County Task Force Coordinator.
