International Movie: "Central Station"

Part of the Summer International Film Series:

A young boy's mother is killed in front of Rio de Janeiro's Central Station. Homeless and with nowhere to turn, he is reluctantly befriended by a lonely and cynical woman.  Directed by Walter Salles, starring Fernanda Montenegro and Marília Pêra.  In Portuguese from Brazil, shown with English subtitles.   Drama - 95 minutes.

Screenings at 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
