Nia combines movement and practices from Yoga, Tai Chi, Akkido, Jazz and similar activities. Nia movements can be customized for the individual's needs, fitness and agility. It offers cardiovascular conditioning and no prior training is required. Wear comfortable clothes and experience this joyous and healthy exercise.
This adult class will be taught by Meredith Amato, a certified Nia instructor. She is also a Yoga instructor and originally trained as a professional dancer.
