Move-It Monday: T’ai Chi Chih

T’ai Chi Chih is a series of movements that can be done as meditative exercise. It differs from the more commonly known Tai Chi, as it does not include martial arts moves.  T’ai Chi Chih can be done by people of various fitness levels and needs no special equipment. 

Dan Pienchiak will be teaching this class for adults. He was accredited as a T’ai Chi Chih instructor in 1997 and has studied with Justin Stone, the originator of T’ai Chi Chih.  He is also a certified Reiki Master.
