Move-It Monday: T'ai Chi Chih

Come and participate in this meditative form of exercise, associated with both spiritual and health benefits. T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. T’ai Chi Chih doesn’t require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination.

Sessions will be held on March 5, March 19, March 26 and April 2.  Attend one or as many sessions as you can.
