S.H.I.P. Volunteer Counselors are coordinated through RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Services Program) a division of Family & Children’s Service of Monmouth County, and come to the Headquarters Library on the first Thursday of the month. No appointment needed, walk-in for first come, first served information.
