Come and participate in this meditative form of exercise, associated with both spiritual and health benefits. T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. T’ai Chi Chih doesn’t require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination.
Instructor Dan Pienciak has been practicing T’ai Chi Chih since 1995 and became accredited in 1997. In 1998, Mr. Pienciak studied with Mr. Justin Stone, the originator of this practice and was certified in Seijaku, an advanced form of T’ai Chi Chih.
Sessions will be held Wednesdays 9/5, 9/12, 9/26, 10/3. Attend one or as many sessions as you can.
