Strength Training for Seniors

Classes held on Wednesdays, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Kuschick Pavilion located at the Manalapan Recreation Center.

Class participants have enjoyed the benefits of increased strength and endurance by attending our free weekly strength training class. Seniors start out using light hand weights and increase the weights as their strength increases. Class instructor is a Registered Nurse and Certified Fitness Instructor.
