Freehold Man Arrested In Manalapan Hit And Run
The man hit two cars, before fleeing on foot.

MANALAPAN, NJ-- A Freehold man was arrested early Wednesday morning after leaving his car at the scene of a hit and run.
Nicholas Magil, 34, was arrested by Manalapan police after a brief foot chase.
Magil hit a car that was in the process of parking on Pease road at 1:37 AM Wednesday morning. Both Magil and a passenger got out of the car after driving a short distance and ran on foot, leaving the car behind on Tennent Road.

An investigation showed that Magil had hit a second car on Taylors Mill Road. He was processed and released from police headquarters with a summons for obstructing the administration of a law, and multiple motor vehicle violations.
Police are still looking for the passenger of Magil's car.
