Game, Set, Match: Summer Tennis Programs

All classes will be held at the Manalapan Recreation Center Tennis Courts and all players will need to supply their own tennis racquet. Each fee includes 6 classes of instruction.

There are two sessions of Youth Tennis Instructional Programs being offered this summer by the Manalapan Parks and Recreation. 

• Session I will take place June 27 through July 14 (make up week will be July 18 through July 21)
• Session II will take place July 25 through Aug. 11 (make up week will be Aug. 15 through Aug. 18)

Pee-Wee/Novice: $50, ages 5-7, Session I and II on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 4:55 p.m. 

Beginner: $50, ages 7 and up, Session I and II on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. 

Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Instruction with Play: $75, ages 8 and up, Session I and II on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. *Must have had previous lessons

Youth Instructional Competitive League: $75, ages 10 and up, Session I and II on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7:25 p.m. *Must be able to serve and play points

Prepare for Team: $50, no age restriction but must have had previous lessons, Session I and II on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 4:55 p.m. 

The Adult Tennis classes have one session this summer, meeting once a week for six weeks from June 27 to Aug. 4. (the make up week will take place on Aug. 8 to Aug. 11).

Beginner with Play: $75-resident, $150-non-resident, Tuesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.

Advanced Beginner Instruction with Play: $75-resident, $150-non-resident, Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. 

Intermediate/Advanced Instruction with Play: $100-resident, $200-non-resident, Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.

Drills for Competitive Play: $50-resident, $100-non-resident, Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 8:55 a.m. 

Evening Adult Instruction: $50-resident, $100-non-resident, Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:25 p.m.

Adult Competitive League: $50-resident, $100-non-resident, Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:55 p.m.
