Heroin, Cocaine Found In Manalapan Car Stop, Police Say
And an 18-year-old Monroe teen was found drunk, passed out in his car on Millhurst Road last Tuesday at 3:40 a.m., police said.
MANALAPAN, NJ — Last Tuesday, August 8 at approximately 10:25 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a stop of a motor vehicle for a traffic violation on Rt. 33 in Manalapan, in the area of Pegasus Blvd. The driver, identified as Alyssa Bluth, a 33-year-old, unmarried, female, resident of Freehold Township, who is employed as a server, was subsequently found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and prescription medication, police said. She was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released on summonses.
On Tuesday, August 8, at approximately 3:40 a.m., Patrolman Dennis O’Brien and Patrolwoman Kim Whitehill responded to Millhurst Road, near the entrance to Wemrock Brook School, for a report of an unconscious male subject in an idling vehicle. The vehicle was observed to be stopped in the middle of the
northbound lane of Millhurst Road. Patrick W. Nolan, an 18-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, resident of Monroe Township, was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and charged with Driving While
Intoxicated, and other motor vehicle violations. He was later released after being issued the summonses.

On Sunday, August 13, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a 52-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of vandalism. The victim reported that between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., unknown actor(s) damaged the garage door to a Deepwater Circle residence, causing approximately $1,000 worth of damage.
On Sunday, August 13, at approximately 3:48 p.m., patrols responded to Coventry Court regarding a report of vandalism. A 74-year-old Manalapan resident, reported that between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., unknown actor(s) broke the back window to a vehicle. The estimated value of the damage was listed at $500.

On Saturday, August 12, at approximately 9:07 p.m., patrols responded to the area of Woodward Road and Millhurst Road regarding a motor vehicle crash involving a possibly intoxicated driver. Marc Moslowitz, a 48-year-old, married, male resident of Marlboro, who is employed in sales, was subsequently found to
be Driving While Intoxicated, police said. Mr. Moslowitz was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was processed and released after being issued summonses. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
On Saturday, August 12, at approximately 5:07 p.m., patrols responded to the Best Buy store, located at 55 Rt. 9 for a reported shoplifting. A 26-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, male, resident of Morganville, was arrested after attempting to shoplift a drone valued at $99.99. He was transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being issued a summons.
On Friday, August 11, at 3:10 p.m., a loss-prevention employee from the Target store, located at 55 Rt. 9 South in Manalapan, responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that a known suspect stole $85 using a fraudulent gift card.
On Thursday, August 10, at approximately 11:31 a.m., a 76-year-old resident of Manalapan reported that unknown actor(s) entered her garage and removed statues and brass lanterns valued at $240. This incident occurred on Wednesday, August 9, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. while the garage door was left open.
On Tuesday, August 8, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a 33-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police headquarters for a report of harassment. The victim reported receiving harassing text messages for the past three months. The victim is unaware of who is responsible for the messages, as they are being sent using an application that hides the identity of the sender.
On Monday, August 7, at 10:39 a.m., a 40-year-old resident of Ridgefield, NJ, reported that he completed construction work at a Pine Cluster Circle residence and was not paid $1,910 for the work completed. Patrolman Ross Dessel took the report, which is pending complaints.
