Le Peep Griddle and Grill Closes

Le Peep Griddle and Grill, a breakfast and lunch restaurant chain, has closed in Manalapan. Le Peep was located at 345 Rt. 9 South in Manalapan within Design Center Plaza. 

According to their Web site, Le Peep restaurants have been in business for over 25 years and serve people within 12 states nationwide. Le Peep has two other locations in New Jersey: one in Edison and one in Shrewsbury. 

While the doors are locked and the parking lot is empty, two signs in the windows of the empty business are promoting a new restaurant which will take it's place -- an Italian restaurant featuring brick-oven pizza. The name of the restaurant is not being advertised.
