MANALAPAN, NJ-- A Newark man was arrested for using a counterfeit bill at a Manalapan Wendy's, police said.  Stephen Mcnair, 21, allegedly attempted to pay for $4.60 worth of food with a counterfeit $50 bill at the Route 9 Wendy's. Mcnair left the scene, and was later found at the Freehold Raceway Mall parking lot.      Additional counterfeit $50 bills were found on Mcnair. He was arrested and taken to the Manalapan Police department.
