He left the store and re-entered, attempting to make a second purchase using a second bill.The cashier did not accept the money the second time, and the man left the store.Police described the man as a 21-25 year-old black man, around 5'8". He is thin, with dreadlocks, a mustache and thin beard. At time time, the man was wearing a dark color hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white sneakers, and a dark colored baseball hat.Anyone with any information about the investigation is asked to contact the Manalapan police department.Image via Shutterstock

At time time, the man was wearing a dark color hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white sneakers, and a dark colored baseball hat.Anyone with any information about the investigation is asked to contact the Manalapan police department.
