Manalapan boy becomes a man from the NFL to the WWE.

Professional wrestler Mike Orlando was born in manalapan, NJ. At the age of 25, has had a tenure in the NFL and is now chasing his wwe dream

From the gridiron to the wrestling ring, manalapan born boy becomes a man.

Mike Orlando, 25 , grew up in Manalapan. While attending Manalapan High School, Mike achieved being a district champion in wrestling as well as being a standout football athlete. After choosing football as the sport to follow in college. After a five-year successful career (due to injury red shirt) at Kean University in Union New Jersey, Orlando won an NCAA championship.

Following that season Orlando began to train for an NFL opportunity. All the while he was playing football, he had trained three times a week down at Old Time Wrestling in Williamstown, NJ. The three hour commute to practice after already having a football practice helped Orlando become the top athlete he could possibly be.

At the final stages, The Oakland Raiders cut Orlando right before the final day. Orlando, never a football fan his entire life, decided to peruse his sole dream of wrestling, rather than balance time between the two.

After taking up two seasons as Colts Neck Football offensive line coach, Orlando has taken the team to a new success limit at the school. He currently is training around the entire world, including the World Famous Monster Factory in Paulsboro, NJ under Danny Cage. With brands such as Ring of Honor and WWE, Orlando is persuing his dream of being the best wrestler on the ultimate platform.
