Manalapan Brothers Sold Heroin, Police Say
Police raided a home on Vail Valley Drive Sunday morning and arrested the brothers for heroin and other drugs.

MANALAPAN, NJ - Two Manalapan brothers were arrested on Sunday after police raided their home and charged them with selling heroin and other drugs.
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, members of the Manalapan Township police department, along with the Monmouth County prosecutor’s office, executed a search warrant at the brothers' home on Vail Valley Drive.
Frank Modica, 20, unemployed, and John Modica, 28, who works as a warehouse worker, were arrested that morning. They were both charged with heroin possession, intent to distribute and also found with syringes and marijuana, police said. They were remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a bail hearing.

Manalapan patrolman Phillip Accatatta led the investigation into the Modica brothers that led to the Sunday morning raid and arrest, police said.
