Manalapan Man, 28, Filed Fake Insurance Claims, State Says
He filed fake insurance claims and then pocketed some of the money, the state said.

MANALAPAN, NJ - A 28-year-old Manalapan man working for an ophthalmologist in Belleville filed fake insurance claims and then pocketed some of the money, the state Division of Law and Public Safety told the Asbury Park Press.
Austin B. Mongiello, of Manalapan, was ordered by a Superior Court judge to repay the money and do 14 days of community service. The judge ordered him to pay $842 to the insurance company and $687 to the ophthalmologist, according to the APP report.
