Manalapan Man Found with Heroin in Keyport, Police Say
He was arrested Sunday, and another man was arrested Monday in Middletown after he was found with heroin, according to police.

Manalapan, NJ - A Manalapan man was arrested Sunday for trying to sell heroin in Keyport, according to county prosecutors.
Dominick Oneto, 39, of Amberly Drive in Manalapan, was arrested alongside Samantha Burke, 22, of Keyport. They allegedly had 20 bags of the drug between them, stampled "Rolex."
They also both had crack cocaine on them, prosecutors said.

In another recent heroin arrest, a Belford man was arrested Monday in Middletown Township and charged with having 5 plastic bags of heroin on him, according to a criminal complaint.
Brian Hale, 46, of Garfield Avenue in the Belford section, was arrested Monday, June 13. The heroin was stamped "Panda."
