Manalapan Man Part of Child Porn Sting, Prosecutors Say

Manalapan, NJ - A Manalapan man has been listed among the 16 men charged with sharing graphic child pornography videos, including videos of young children being raped, the New Jersey Attorney General's office announced Wednesday.

William Morgan, 59, of Manalapan, was arrested March 24, as part of the massive state-wide raid carried out by state law enforcement and ICE Homeland Security known as “Operation Safeguard."

Bail for Morgan, who is currently unemployed, was set at $150,000. Like the 15 other men arrested, he was charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography, which carries a sentence of five to 10 years in state prison, and third-degree possession of child pornography, which carries a sentence of three to five years in prison.
