Burglary/Theft
On Tuesday, April 21 at approximately 5:21 p.m., the victim, a 29-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of theft. The victim advised that sometime during the overnight hours of April 20, an unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked work truck while it was parked on the street in front of his residence and removed his wallet containing a NJ driver's license, cash and various credit cards. Patrolman Jason Vigneault handled the report.
Harassment
On Tuesday, April 21 at approximately 4:10 p.m., a representative of a business in Manalapan reported an incident of harassment. The representative advised that the business has received multiple emails and phone calls from a known subject. This incident is pending citizen complaints. Patrolman Jason Vigneault handled the initial report.

Harassment
On Tuesday, April 21 at approximately 9:40 a.m., the victim, a 69-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of harassment. The victim advised that he is being harassed by a known subject. This incident is pending citizen complaints. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.
Fraud
On Wednesday, April 15 at approximately 1:00 p.m., the manager of a business on State Highway 9 reported an incident of theft/fraud. The manager advised that an unknown subject(s) withdrew money from the company’s bank account by utilizing the business’ bank account number and routing number on a fraudulent check. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.

Criminal Mischief/Simple Assault
On April 18 at approximately 11:38 p.m., the victim, a 43-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of criminal mischief and simple assault that took place on Arthurs Court. This case is pending criminal complaints. Patrolman Matthew Mattia handled the report.
Criminal Mischief/Burglary
On April 18 at approximately 2:09 p.m., the victim, a 68-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of burglary/criminal mischief. The victim advised that sometime between Friday, April 17 at 11:30 a.m. and Saturday, April 18 at 2:09 p.m., an unknown actor(s) broke into the passenger-side window of his vehicle that was parked in his driveway and removed cash from a wallet left inside the center console. This case is pending investigation. Patrolman James Joiner handled the report.
Harassment
On April 18 at approximately 10:57 a.m., the victim, a 55-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of harassment. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) contacted him and claimed to be in possession of sexually explicit photos of him. The actor(s) threatened to release the photos unless the victim paid a sum of money. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the report.
Fraud
On April 17 at approximately 11:32 p.m., the victim, a 59-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that an unknown subject(s) withdrew money from two of his bank accounts. Patrolman Matthew Mattia handled the report.
Terroristic Threats/Harassment
On April 17 at approximately 2:27 p.m., the victim, a 22-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of terroristic threats/harassment. The victim advised that he began receiving approximately 15-20 threatening text messages from an unknown number. Further investigation revealed that the residence and surrounding areas were found to have no threats present. Patrolman Anthony Cascella handled the report.
Harassment
On April 17 at approximately 4:38 p.m., the victim, a 55-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of harassment. The victim advised that since March of 2020, a subject known to the victim has been harassing her via telephone. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.
Fraud
On April 16 at approximately 11:58 a.m., the victim, a 20-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that on April 15 an unknown subject(s) withdrew money from his personal checking account via check at a bank in Detroit, Michigan. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis handled the report.
Fraud
On April 16 at approximately 11:32 a.m., the victim, a 53-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that she recently purchased playing cards from an online purchasing network and received an empty package from the seller. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis

Terroristic Threats
On April 15 at approximately 12:10 p.m., the victim, a 53-year-old Pennsville, NJ reported an incident of terroristic threats. The victim advised that two male subjects made death threats towards him following a disagreement between their respective company’s contract in regards to payment. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
Terroristic Threats
On April 15 at approximately 8:25 p.m., the victim, a 20-year-old employee of a grocery store located on State Highway 9 reported an incident of terroristic threats. The victim advised that he was threatened by a 36-year-old Morganville resident while he was shopping. Further investigation by patrols resulted in the shopper being banned from the store for a period of two years. Patrolman Adam Sosnowski handled the report.
Theft
On Wednesday, April 8 at approximately 2:34 p.m., the victim, a 67-year-old Manalapan resident reported an incident of theft. The victim advised that a piece of mail was removed from a mailbox sometime between April 4 and April 6. Partolman Jeffrey Emslie handled the report.
Theft
On Tuesday, April 14, at approximately 1:41 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on Tennent Road in Manalapan in reference to a report of theft. The owner advised that the subject, described as a thin white male approximately 23 years of age, brown hair, approximately 5’7, wearing a gray sweatshirt and a gray scarf over his mouth removed an item from the store and left without making payment for the item. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky handled the report.
