Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, April 22 at 8:08 p.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Main Street, in the area of Millhurst Road. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Zecheriah Pedrosa, a 23-year-old, unmarried male resident of Matawan, who is employed as an HVAC technician, was subsequently found to have a criminal warrant out of Wall Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00 and a traffic warrant out of Old Bridge Township in the amount of $324.00. Mr. Pedrosa was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail in full. Patrolman Kyle Williams made the arrest.
Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Sunday, April 22 at approximately 10:30 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 in Manalapan. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Jeremy Rudder, a 20-year-old, unmarried male resident of Freehold Borough, NJ, who is employed as a laborer, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Rudder was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being issued summonses. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano handled the incident.

Vandalism
On Saturday, April 21 at 10:04 pm, Patrolman Douglas Zike responded to the area of Amberly Drive for a report of vandalism. The victim, a 90-year-old Manalapan resident, reported that during a three hour period an unknown actor(s) had vandalized his screen door. The estimated damage was approximately $5.00. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the report.
Shoplifting
On Saturday, April 21 at 4:41 p.m., loss-prevention employees of the Wegman’s Supermarket, located at 55 Route 9 in Manalapan, reported a shoplifting incident. Janet De Pina, a 43-year-old, married, female, resident of Elizabeth, who is employed as a factory worker, along with Erika Primo Justo, a 45-year-old, married, female, resident of Elizabeth, who is unemployed, were both observed by store security attempting to leave the store with $111.52 worth of merchandise without rendering payment. Mrs. De Pina and Mrs. Primo Justo were placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where both were processed and released after being issued a summons. Patrolman Kyle Williams made the arrests.

Credit Card Fraud
On Saturday, April 21 at 8:50 a.m, Ptl. Kevin Ruditsky handled a report of credit card fraud at Manalapan Police Headquarters in which a 61-year-old male resident of Manalapan stated that his debit card had received unauthorized purchases in the amount of $2496.05. The charges had been accrued since February 2018. This case is pending further investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, April 20 at 11:03 a.m., Lauren Maietta, a 20-year-old, unmarried, female, resident of Manalapan, who is employed as a manager, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Maietta was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky handled the arrest.

On Thursday, April 19 at 9:50 p.m., Michael J. Hourihan, a 38-year-old unmarried male resident of Manalapan, who is employed as a carpenter, was stopped for jaywalking on Route 9. He was subsequently found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Aberdeen Township Municipal Court in the amount of $350.00. Mr. Hourihan was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Adam Sosnowski made the arrest.

On Thursday, April 19 at 7:06 p.m., Shawn Corchado, a 43-year-old, married, male, resident of Manalapan Township, who is employed as an elevator constructor, turned himself in at the Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Robbinsville Township Municipal Court in the amount of $164.00. Mr. Corchado was also found to have three warrants issued for his arrest by the South Plainfield Municipal Court in the amounts of $1,000.00, $195.00, and $195.00. He was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeffrey Mattson handled the arrest.

On Thursday, April 19 at 2:04 p.m., Eddie Anzalone, a 30-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, male, resident of East Windsor, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Anzalone was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Seth Kreizman handled the arrest.

On Wednesday, April 18 at 6:19 p.m., Kevin P. Murphy, a 57-year-old, unemployed, unmarried, male, resident of Manalapan Township, was placed under arrest regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Newark Municipal Court in the amount of $350.00. Mr. Murphy was placed under arrest while at the Marianne Manor Assisted Living Facility, located at 327 Rt. 33 in Manalapan. He was subsequently transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeffrey Mattson handled the arrest.

On Wednesday, April 18 at 4:30 p.m., Alia Ortiz, a 27-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, female, resident of New Egypt, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Pennsauken Municipal Court in the amount of $250. Ortiz was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Charles Mazzatto handled the arrest.

On Wednesday, April 18 at 3:30 p.m., Michele Pelonero, a 50-year-old unmarried, unemployed, female, resident of Marlboro Township, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest in the amount of $164.00 by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Ms. Pelonero was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Dennis O’Brien handled the arrest.

Mr. Montague was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Dennis O’Brien handled the arrest.

Romero, a 46-year-old, unmarried, female, resident of Elizabeth, who is employed as a driver, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $164.00. Ms. Romero was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the arrest.
Harassment
On Tuesday, April 17 at approximately 7:03 p.m., a 54 year-old Manalapan resident, and a 40-year-old Manalapan resident reported that the other party has been harassing them through on-going complaints. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, April 17 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Jorge Rivera Vega, a 63-year-old, self-employed, married, male, resident of Trenton, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Vega was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy handled the arrest.
