MANALAPAN, NJ — Released by Manalapan police, all the arrests for the last two weeks of 2019:

Lost Property
On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 7:23pm, the victim, a 32-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Lost Property. The victim advised that he lost his cellular phone while he was at a business located on State Highway 9, Manalapan, NJ. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the report.

Criminal Mischief
On Monday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 2:46pm, patrols responded to a pre-school located in Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of Criminal Mischief. The victim, a 28-year-old Marlboro, NJ resident reported her vehicle was vandalized while it was parked in the parking lot. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the report.

Property Theft
On Monday, December 23, 2019 at approximately 3:47pm, patrols responded to a business on State Highway 9, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 60-year-old Howell Township, NJ resident, reported that on Saturday, December 21, 2019, an unknown actor(s) unlawfully obtained possession of his cellular phone ear buds. Patrolman Zike handled the initial report.

Warrant Arrest
On Monday, December 23, 2019 at approximately 2:15pm, patrols responded to the Colts Neck Police Department and took custody of a 53-year-old male, single, unemployed, and resident of Manalapan, NJ. He had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1000. He was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail Patrolman Hrymack was the arresting officer.

Theft

On Sunday, December 22, 2019 at approximately 11:17pm, patrols responded to a business on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 51-year-old Marlboro, NJ resident advised that an unknown actor(s) removed her wallet from her unattended purse while shopping. The wallet contained several credit cards, and her driver’s license. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, December 21, 2019 at approximately 8:19pm, patrols responded to a call for service within Manalapan Township. During the call for service, patrols made contact with a subject. Investigation revealed that, a 42-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ, had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Woodbridge Municipal Court in the amount
of $500. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky was the arresting officer.

Theft/Fraud
On Saturday, December 21, 2019, at approximately 10:20am, the victim, a 71-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that he contacted a cellular support agency after experiencing problems with his cellular phone. The victim was advised by an unknown subject representing the cellular support agency to purchase several gift card’s which was determined to be a fraudulent phone scam. Patrolman Hrymack handled the report.

Theft/Fraud
On Friday, December 20, 2019, at 12:26pm, patrols responded to a business on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of a Theft. The victim, a 49-year-old Manalapan resident advised that an unknown actor(s) removed her unattended purse at the business while she was working. Immediately following the theft, several fraudulent purchases were made on the victim’s debit card. Patrolman Jeff Emslie handled the report.

Attempted Fraud
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 4:50pm, patrols responded to a residence on Shiloh Road in reference to a report of an attempted Fraud. The victim, a 54-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that her email account had been hacked and an attempt was made to purchase gift cards on her online purchasing account. Patrolman Adam Sosnowski handled the report.

Fraud
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at approximately 1:39pm, the victim, a 74-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that an unknown subject(s) fraudulently obtained her credit card information and then made several fraudulent purchases. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky handled the report.

Vehicle Taken without the Owner’s Consent
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at approximately 1:00pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Tracy Station Drive in reference to a report of a Vehicle Taken without the Owner’s Consent. The victim, a 74-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that he let a known potential buyer of his vehicle take it for a test drive and never returned with the vehicle. The subject subsequently returned the vehicle after being contacted by the victim. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.

Criminal Mischief

On Monday, December 30, 2019, at approximately 11:44pm, the victim a 48-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Criminal Mischief. The victim advised that a group of unknown actor(s) threw pumpkins at the exterior of her residence. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.

Harassment
On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at approximately 8:15am, the victim, a 37-year- old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that he has been receiving unwanted text messages and voicemails from an unknown male subject. Patrolman Charles Alaimo handled the report.

Criminal Mischief
On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at approximately 6:47pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Heron Court, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of Criminal Mischief. The victim, a 50-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on Monday, December 30, 2019 and Tuesday, December 31, 2019, an unknown actor(s) slashed four tires and broke a rear view mirror on his vehicle. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the incident.

Fraud
On Thursday, December 30, 2019, at approximately 12:19pm, the victim, a 69-year-old Howell, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that while shopping at a department store located on State Highway 9, Manalapan, NJ she lost her wallet. An unknown actor(s) then made a fraudulent purchase with one of the victim’s credit cards at another department store located on State Highway 9, Manalapan,NJ. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy handled the report.

Burglary
On Monday, December 30, 2019, at 11:22am, patrols responded to a storage facility located on Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of Burglary. The victim, a 49-year-old Woodbridge, NJ resident advised that two storage units were broken into during the overnight hours. Several items were removed from the units. Patrolman Anthony Cascella handled the report.

Assault
On Sunday, December 29, 2019, at approximately 1:03pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Saint Andrews Place, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of Assault. The two male subjects involved, a 50-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident and a 32-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident, were involved in a physical altercation. There were no injuries reported. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy handled the report.

Terroristic Threats
On Saturday, December 28, 2019, at approximately 3:58pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Amberly Drive, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a report of a Terroristic Threat. The victim, a 59-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that he was threatened by an unknown male operating an unknown silver vehicle. Patrolman Sean McCarthy handled the report.

DWI/Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances
On Saturday, December 28, 2019 at approximately 12:40am, Patrolman Ryan Brady conducted a motor vehicle stop on Millhurst Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 28-year-old female, single, employed as a realtor and resident of Morganville, NJ was found to be driving under the influence and in possession of controlled dangerous substances. She was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after being served with a summons.

Harassment

On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 2:04pm, the victim, an 81-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that he has been involved in an ongoing case of harassment with his neighbor. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Friday, December 27, 2019, at approximately 1:01pm, a 30-year-old male, single, employed as a delivery driver and resident of Matawan, NJ, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. He was processed and released after posting bail.

Fraud

On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 9:25am, the victim, a 56-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that a company based overseas, hired him to make purchases with a credit card account. The victim later learned that the company was fictitious and the credit card account was fraudulent. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 8:19am, Patrolman Brian Cruse conducted a motor vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 30 year-old male, single, employed as a sanitation worker and resident of Neptune, NJ, was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Keansburg Municipal Court in the amount of $226. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Brian Cruse was the arresting officer.

Fraud

On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 7:21am, the victim, a 58-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) opened two fraudulent credit card accounts using her information. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.

Theft
On Thursday, December 26, 2019 at approximately 3:19pm, the victim, a 48-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that an unknown amount of jewelry and cash was removed from her residence sometime over the past several years. Patrolman Jason Vigneault handled the report which is currently under investigation.

Assault
On Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at approximately 7:13 pm, patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 33 in reference to a report of an Assault. The victims, a 58-year old and 29-year-old Manalapan, NJ residents reported that a female and two male subjects assaulted them while inside the business. The victims were not injured and were unable to identify the offenders. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.
