Fraud
On Feb. 10 at approximately 3:45 p.m., a 36-year-old Perth Amboy resident reported that his debit card was fraudulently used at a Manalapan business located on US Route 9. The victim alleges that unknown actor(s) utilized his debit card without permission to charge $122.62 worth of merchandise. This incident is pending further investigation. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the report.

Receiving Stolen Property/Obstructing Administration of Law
On Friday, February 9 at approximately 9:08 p.m., Patrolman Peter Bylsma conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Route 9 South, near Craig Road, after observing a motor vehicle violation. While investigating the motor vehicle stop, it was determined that the driver was in possession of stolen license plates. As a
result the driver, Keree L. Wade, a 28 year-old, married, Perth Amboy resident, who is employed as a warehouse employee, was arrested. Keree was charged criminally with receiving stolen property and obstructing the administration of law. Karee was also charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, fictitious plates, maintenance of lamps and failure to inspect. Keree was processed and later released with a future court date.

Warrant Arrest
On Friday, February 9, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Highway 9 in the area of Taylors Mills Road for a traffic violation. During the motor vehicle stop, a
passenger in the vehicle, identified as David Pellicier, a 29-year-old, unemployed, married, male, resident of Whiting, NJ, was found to have warrants issued for his arrest by the Manchester Township Municipal Court in the amount of $301.00, the Plumstead Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00, the Seaside Heights Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00, the New Hanover Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00, the Pemberton Municipal Court in the amount of $547.00, and the Somerville Municipal Court in the amount of $291.00. Mr. Pellicier was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Seaside Heights Police Department in lieu of bail.

Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia
On Thursday, February 8, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Patrolman Matthew Porricelli conducted a motor vehicle stop on Union Hill Road for a traffic violation. Sergey Yelizarov, a 24-year-old, unmarried, male resident of Manalapan, who is employed as a salesman, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Yelizarov was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being issued summonses. Patrolman Matthew Porricelli made the arrest.

Fraud
On Wednesday, February 7 at 6:42 p.m., a 55-year-old Manalapan resident responded to the Manalapan Township Police Department and reported that an unknown actor(s) had utilized her personal information to steal approximately $15,012.00 from her bank account. Patrolman Douglas Zike took the report, which is pending further investigation.

Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at 12:22 pm, Joshua Quiles, a 20-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Manalapan, who is employed as a plumber, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the
amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Quiles was processed, and released after posting bail. Patrolman Ross Dessel made the arrest.

Simple Assault
On Tuesday, February 6 at 4:00 a.m., a 63-year-old Piscataway resident reported that she was assaulted by a 73-year-old Manalapan resident while at the Pinebrook Care Center, located on Pension Rd. in Manalapan. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident and no criminal complaints were signed. Patrolman Matthew Mattia took the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Monday, February 5 at 3:43 p.m., Heather Miller, a 31-year-old, unmarried, female, resident of Jackson, NJ, who is employed as a manager, was placed under arrest in the area of Symmes Drive in Manalapan for a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Freehold Township Municipal Court in the amount of $178. Ms. Miller was subsequently transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Douglas Zike handled the arrest.
