Burglary/Criminal Mischief/Theft of Property
On February 11 at approximately 3:15 p.m., patrols responded to Colts Neck Police Department in reference to a suspect who was arrested by Colts Neck police for a Burglary offense. It was determined that the suspect was linked to a separate burglary offense that was committed in Manalapan Township on January 19, 2020. Anthony Scifo, a 29-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was taken into custody and charged with Burglary to a Dwelling, Criminal Mischief and Theft of Property. Mr. Scifo was transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution. Patrolman James Guarino handled the arrest.
Theft
On Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at approximately 11:35am, patrols responded to a residence located on Saddlebrook Drive in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 52-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that sometime between February 10, 2020 and February 11, 2020, her prescription medication was removed from her residence. This case is currently under investigation. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Monday, February 10, 2020, at approximately 2:34pm, a 22-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Trenton, NJ, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. He was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman James Joiner was the arresting officer.

On Monday, February 10, 2020, at approximately 11:00am, a 32-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Millstone, NJ, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $2,000. She was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kyle Earley was the arresting officer.

Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, February 9, 2020, at approximately 11:07am, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Monmouth Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 31-year-old male, single, employed as a farm hand, resident of Trenton, NJ, was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Hightstown Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, February 8, 2020, at approximately 10:03pm, Patrolman James Guarino conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33. Further investigation revealed that the driver, a 42-year-old male, married, unemployed and resident of South Amboy NJ, was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the South Amboy Municipal Court in the amount of $750 and a warrant issued for his arrest by the Keansburg Municipal Court in the amount of $1,503. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and then transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman James Guarino was the arresting officer.
Forgery
On Thursday, February 6, 2020, at approximately 10:46am, the victim, a 36-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Forgery. The victim advised that a local business attempted to cash a check without his consent and signed his name to the check. Patrolman Anthony Cascella handled the report.
Theft
On Friday, February 7, 2020, at approximately 1:28pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Buckingham Drive in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 41-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on February 6, 2020 an unknown actor(s) removed a bracelet from a drawer in her residence. Patrolman Jeffrey Emslie handled the report.
Theft
On Friday, February 8, 2020 at approximately 5:14pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Sutton Drive in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 63-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that an unknown actor(s) removed her wallet from her purse while shopping at a business located on State Highway 9. The actor(s) then attempted to purchase several items at nearby businesses by utilizing the victim’s credit card. This case is pending further investigation. Patrolman Charles Mazzatto handled the report.
Theft
On Thursday, February 6, 2020 at approximately 11:38pm, patrols responded to a residence located on Whitehall Way in reference to a report of Theft. The victim, a 37-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on February 6, 2020, between 10:00pm and 11:00pm, a jacket and key fob was removed from a locker at a fitness center (name not given) located in Manalapan, NJ. This case is pending further investigation. Patrolman Brian Cruse handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, February 6, 2020, at approximately 2:22pm, patrols responded to the Ocean County Correctional Institution and took custody of a 51-year-old female, single, employed as a paralegal and resident of Brick. She had a warrant that was issued for her arrest by Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,701. She was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Charlie Mazzatto was the arresting officer.

On Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at approximately 6:15pm, a 39-year-old male, single, employed as a mechanic and resident of Manalapan, NJ, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Marlboro Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750. He was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.

On Friday, February 7th, 2020, at approximately 23:10 pm, patrols responded to the Middlesex County Jail and took custody of a 53-year-old divorced, male, employed as a trainer and residing in Sicklerville NJ. He had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. No 10 percent option. He was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Charles Alaimo was the arresting officer.
