MANALAPAN, NJ — Released by Manalapan police, all the arrests for that time period:
Simple Assault/Harassment
On Tuesday, January 7 at approximately 11:59 a.m., patrols responded to a residence located on Woodward Road in reference to a report of an assault. The victim, a 33-year-old Plainsboro, NJ resident advised that she was assaulted and harassed by a neighbor over a dispute regarding a lease. No injuries were reported. Patrolman Anthony Cascella handled the report.
Criminal Mischief
On Tuesday, January 6 at approximately 10:10 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Chelsea Road in reference to a report of criminal mischief. The victim, a 46-year-old Manalapan resident advised that unknown actor(s) threw multiple eggs at her residence and vehicle parked in her driveway. No damage reported as a result of this incident. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.

Warrant Arrest
On Monday, January 6 at approximately 5:30 p.m., patrols responded to the Hamilton Police Department and took custody of a 50-year-old female, single, unemployed and homeless. She had a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. She was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Charles Alaimo was the arresting officer.
Burglary/Criminal Trespass
On Sunday, January 5 at approximately 12:26 p.m., patrols responded to a residence located on Smithburg Road in reference to a report of burglary. The victim, a 28-year old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that sometime between 2:00 p.m. on January 4 and 12:26 p.m. on January 5, an unknown actor(s) entered the residence and ransacked a bedroom. Nothing was reported stolen. This incident is pending further investigation. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky handled the report.

Burglary/Theft
On Sunday, January 5 at approximately 9:26 a.m., patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 9 in reference to a report of burglary. The victim, a 54-year-old Manalapan resident advised that sometime between 10:00 p.m. on January 4 and 9:15 a.m. on January 5, unknown actor(s) forced entry into the business and removed a cash register containing approximately $500. This incident is pending further investigation. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, January 4 at approximately 6:26 a.m., patrols responded to a residence located on Smithburg Road for a call for service. Shortly thereafter, a 37-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Gloucester was found to have warrants that were issued for his arrest by the West Deptford Municipal Court in the amount of $550, the Clementon Municipal Court in the amount of $534, the Gloucester Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000 and the Gloucester City Municipal Court in the amount of $800. He was processed and released on his own recognizance Patrolman James Guarino was the arresting officer.
Identity Theft
On Friday, January 3 at approximately 11:32 a.m., the victim, a 37-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of identity theft. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) used her personal information to open four different credit cards accounts. Patrolman Reginald Grant handled the report.
Fraud
On Friday, January 3 at approximately 11:48 a.m., the victim, a 69-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that an unknown actor(s) fraudulently accessed two of his credit card accounts and made several fraudulent purchases. Patrolman Jeffery Emslie handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday January 3 at approximately 9:53 a.m., a 50-year-old female, single, employed in accounts payable and a resident of Regal Park, NY, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. She was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeffrey Emslie was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest/Drug Paraphernalia
On Thursday, January 2 at approximately 3:50 p.m., Patrolman John Lightbody conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33 for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, Joseph Foley, a 31-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Woodbridge, NJ was found to be in possession of hypodermic syringes and other drug paraphernalia. The passenger, a 43-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Monmouth Junction, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Westfield Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500. Both subjects were transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where they were processed. Mr. Foley was released after being served with a summons. The other man was turned over to the Westfield Police Department in default of bail. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the arrest.
Fraud
On Thursday, January 2 at approximately 6:18 p.m., patrols responded to a residence located on Maxwell Lane in reference to a report of Fraud. The victim, a 54-year-old Manalapan resident advised that an unknown actor(s) fraudulently gained access to his online purchasing account and made several fraudulent purchases. Patrolman Phillip Accatatta handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, January 2 at approximately 6:05 p.m., a 22-year-old male, single, employed as a car salesman and resident of Manalapan turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. He was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Matthew Meyler was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, January 1 at approximately 7:07 p.m., Patrolman Matthew Porricelli conducted a motor vehicle stop on Daum Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 36-year-old female, married, employed as a public adjuster and resident of Englishtown, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Howell Township Municipal Court in the amount of $550. She was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Matthew Porricelli handled the arrest.
Simple Assault
On Wednesday, January 1 at approximately 9:29 a.m., the victim, a 65-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of assault. The victim advised that while shopping at a grocery store located on Tennent Road, Manalapan on December 28, 2019, he was struck on purpose with a shopping cart by an individual who is known to the victim which caused minor injury. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.
