Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana
On Saturday, January 28, 2018, at 9:58 pm, Patrolman John Lightbody conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Freehold Road. The driver identified as Cory Schauer a 28-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Colts Neck, who is employed as food service worker, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. Mr. Schauer was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was processed and released after being issued summonses. Patrolman John Lightbody made the arrest.
Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 10:37 am, Patrolman Jeffrey Mattson conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Route 9 North in Manalapan Township, in the area of the Marlboro Township border. The driver, identified as Gerard Chidichimo Jr., an 18-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Jackson, who is unemployed, was found to have an outstanding traffic warrant out of Sayerville for $200.00. Mr. Chidichimo Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was
processed, posted bail, and was released. Patrolman Jeffrey Mattson made the arrest.

Stolen Motor Vehicle
On Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 5:02 am a 42-year-old male Manalapan resident reported that his white 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from his driveway at approximately 4:20 am that morning. The vehicle had been left unlocked with the key fob inside. Patrolman Brian Cruse took the report.
Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 8:33 pm, Patrolman John Lightbody conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Deer Way, in the area of Pension Road, in Manalapan. The driver, identified as Jonathan Wagner, a 22-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Middletown, who is employed as a technician, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Wagner was placed under arrest and transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where he was processed and released after being issued summonses. Patrolman John Lightbody made the arrest.

Theft of an ATV
On Saturday January 27, 2018 at 5:40 pm a 23-year-old Monroe Township resident reported that his 2016 Kawasaki Brute Force ATV was stolen from a Pension Road address where it had been stored. The ATV was valued at $9,700.00. If anyone has any information regarding this case they are asked to please contact the Manalapan Township Police Department. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.
Fraud
On Friday, January 26, 2018, at approximately 4:30 pm, a 49-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor gained access to the victim’s online purchasing accounts and redeemed $200.00 in gift cards. Patrolman Brian Schank took the report, which is pending further investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, January 26, 2018, at approximately 2:05 pm, Patrolman Jeffery Mattson responded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility where Aymen Braek, a 35-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, male, resident of Manalapan Township, was placed under arrest regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $2,500.00. Mr. Braek was subsequently transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of bail.
Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, January 25, 2018, at approximately 9:06 am, Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis located Michael Ilgenfritz Jr., a 20-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of York, Pennsylvania, who is employed as a delivery driver, in the parking lot of Heritage Village Apartments located on Woodward Road in Manalapan. Mr.
Ilgenfritz was found to have warrants that were issued for his arrest by the Howell Township Municipal Court in the amounts of $309.00, $250.00, and $750.00, as well as the Freehold Borough Municipal Court in the amount of $195.00. Mr. Ilgenfritz was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Howell Township Police Department in lieu of bail.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at approximately 8:15 am, the New Jersey State Police arrested Mohamed Mounir, a 37-year-old, married, male, resident of Manalapan, who is self-employed, regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $164.00. Mr. Mounir was turned over to Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at approximately 7:31 am, Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 after receiving a complaint of an erratic driver. Eric Blackmore, a 37-year-old, married, male, resident of Lakewood, who is employed as a mason foreman, was found to have
a warrant issued for his arrest by the Jackson Township Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Blackmore was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after positing bail.
Vandalism / Criminal Mischief
On Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at approximately 3:41 pm, a 39-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown actor damaged fencing around a Gawain Drive property. No monetary loss was reported.
