A home on Wintergreen Drive in Manalapan was broken into on Jan. 29. Police think someone entered through a back window.

Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at approximately 12:01pm, Michael F. DiBella, a 39-year-old male, married, self-employed and resident of Manalapan, NJ, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued by the Little Egg Harbor Township Municipal Court in the amount of $300. He was processed and released on his own recognizance. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy was the arresting officer.

On Monday, February 3, 2020 at approximately 10:06am, the victim, a 33-year-old, resident of Manalapan, NJ responded to Manalapan Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Harassment. The victim advised that since October of 2018 he has been harassed via social media by multiple individuals.Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.

On Saturday, February 1, 2020 at approximately 9:39pm, Patrolman James Guarino conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33. Further investigation revealed that the passenger, Melkirah Kirton, a 20-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Eatontown, NJ, was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Monmouth County Superior Court in the amount of $10,000. Ms. Melkirah was arrested and transported to Manalapan Police Headquarters where she was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman James Guarino was the arresting officer.
Illegal Dumping
On Friday, January 31, 2020 at approximately 4:31pm, the victim, a 57-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Illegal Dumping. The victim advised that an unknown individual has been dumping dirt on his property. Patrolman Jason Vigneault handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, January 31, 2020 at approximately 1:19am, patrols met with officers from the Jackson Police Department and took custody of Ryan J. Cummings, a 28-year-old male, married, employed as an iron worker and resident of Jackson, NJ. Mr. Cummings had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Cummings was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Eric Voorand was the arresting officer.

On Thursday, January 30, 2020, at approximately 11:30pm, patrols responded to the Atlantic County Correctional Institution and took custody of Lorisa Rivera, a 29-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Browns Mills, NJ. Ms. Rivera had a warrant issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Rivera was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Zike was the arresting officer.

On Thursday, January 30, 2020 at approximately 1:59pm, Francisco Temich-Jimenez, a 35-year-old male, married, employed as a construction worker and resident of Roselle, NJ, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Jimenez was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis was the arresting officer.
Burglary
On Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at approximately 8:10pm, patrols responded to a residence on Wintergeen Drive in reference to a report of burglary. Investigation revealed that an unknown actor(s) forced entry into the residence through a back window and removed property and cash. This incident is currently under investigation. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at approximately 1:08am, Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, Deajah Green, a 25-year-old female, single, employed as a lifeguard and resident of Passaic, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Passaic City Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Green was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
