Fraud
On Tuesday, July 2 at approximately 6:30 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Old Queens Blvd in reference to the report of a fraud. The victim, a 45-year-old, Manalapan resident advised that on June 14, 2019, in Lake Wales, Florida, an unknown actor used the victim's credit card and made two fraudulent transactions totaling $582.08. Patrolman Aaron Abeles was the responding officer.

On Monday, July 1 at approximately 7:00 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Saint Andrews Place in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, an 81 year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on July 1, 2019, an unknown actor stole a package that was delivered and left outside the building by the delivery service. The package contained costume jewelry valued at $163.31. Patrolman Adam Sosnowski was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Monday, July 1, 2019, at approximately 10:22am, a 42-year old female, married, unemployed and resident of Elizabeth, NJ, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1500. She was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kyle Earley was the arresting officer.

Warrant Arrest
On Monday, July 1, 2019, at approximately 10:15am, a 48-year-old female, married, unemployed and resident of Washington DC, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. She was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the arresting officer.
Harassment
On Saturday, June 30, 2019, at approximately 11:05 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Longwood Drive in reference to a report of harassment. The victim, a 44-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on June 30, 2019, from approximately 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., a known subject was harassing the victim by refusing to leave his property. Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the responding officer.
Possession of Less than 50 grams of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia
On Sunday, June 30, 2019, at approximately 5:21 p.m., patrols responded to the area of Tennent Road for a report of a one-car motor vehicle collision. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Chesterfield, NJ, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Sean McCarthy was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, June 29, 2019, at approximately 1:51 p.m., Patrolman Ross Dessel conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tuppence Road for a traffic violation. The passenger, a 32-year-old male, single, employed as a landscaper and resident of Englishtown, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Middlesex County Sheriff's Department in the amount of $20,594.57. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Ross Dessel was the arresting officer.
Fraud
On Saturday, June 29, 2019, at approximately 12:44 p.m., the victim, a 23-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from South Foxcroft Road responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that on June 29, 2019 an unknown actor used the victim's personal information to obtain a credit card which was subsequently declined. Patrolman Ross Dessel was the responding officer.
Harassment
On Friday, June 28, 2019, at approximately 1:49 p.m., a 38-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Valley Road responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of harassment. The victim advised that on June 28, 2019, she received a letter from an unknown actor which contained harassing comments. Patrolman Joseph De Filippis was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, June 28, 2019, at approximately 2:23 p.m., Patrolman Chris Oleksy conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a traffic violation. The passenger, a 35-year-old male, single, self employed and resident of Staten Island, NY was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Wrightstown municipal court in the amount of $240. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Chris Oleksy was the arresting officer.
Criminal Mischief
On Friday, June 28, 2019, at approximately 9:19am, a 50-year-old resident of Manalapan, NJ from Union Hill Road responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of criminal mischief. The victim advised that sometime between 7:00 p.m. on Saturday June 22, 2019 and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday June 23, 2019, an unknown actor damaged the mailbox located at the front of his residence. Patrolman James Joiner was the responding officer.
Theft of Property
On Thursday, June 27, 2019, at approximately 11:27 a.m., patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a theft. An employee of the business related that on June 20, 2019 at approximately 3:13 a.m. and again on June 21, 2019 at approximately 4:46 a.m., a known subject stole newspapers valued at $55.20. Patrolman Joseph De Filippis was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, June 27, 2019, at approximately 9:48 a.m., patrols responded to Pinetree Lane in reference to the report of a suspicious vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the passenger, a 22-year-old male, single, employed as a deli worker and resident of Jersey City, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Raritan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released without bail as per the Raritan Township Municipal Court. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky was the arresting officer.
Assault
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at approximately 3:39 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on State Highway 33 in reference to the report of an assault. The victim, a 47-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on June 26, 2019, at approximately 3:30pm, a known subject assaulted him, Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at approximately 1:56pm, Officer Jean Letts conducted a motor vehicle stop on Pension Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 54-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Monmouth County Superior Court. Mr. Royles was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Officer Jean Letts was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at approximately 11:20am, patrols responded to a residence on Longstreet Road in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, a 27-year-old Ocean, NJ resident advised that sometime between 11:00 am and 11:10am, an unknown actor removed a backpack blower from the victim's vehicle while it was parked on Longstreet Road. The blower has an estimated value of $400. The incident was handled by Patrolman Morgan Joiner and is pending further investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at approximately 9:35am, a 20-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of Spring Lake, NJ responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Pirenoglu was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy was the arresting officer.
Possession of Less Than 50 grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at approximately 12:25 a.m., Patrolman Matt Porricelli conducted a motor vehicle stop on Taylors Mills Road for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, a 20 year-old male, single, employed as a bus boy and resident of Manalapan, NJ was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the arresting officer.
