Credit Card Theft/ Fraud
On Sunday March 24, 2019 at 9:30pm, Patrolman John Lightbody arrested Vladimir Feldman, a 67 year old, married, Old Bridge resident, employed as a bus driver, on charges of theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Feldman utilized the stolen card throughout Manalapan Township, totaling over $200.00. Feldman was processed and released pending a future court date. Patrolman John Lightbody was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, March 24, 2019 at approximately 6:53pm, Kane M. Snyder, a 39-year-old, married, Freehold resident, who is employed was stopped on Route 9 in Manalapan Township after a motor vehicle violation was observed. Mr. Snyder was found to have an active traffic warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Freehold Borough Municipal Court for $750.00. Mr. Snyder was processed and released on his own recognizance with a pending court date in Freehold
Borough. Patrolman Peter Bylsma handled the arrest.

Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, March 24, 2019 at approximately 2:00pm, Daniel Fainman, a 28- year-old, single male, Manalapan resident, was at Manalapan Police Headquarters when he was found to have an active warrant out of the Monmouth County Superior Court in the amount of $10,446.71. Daniel was arrested, processed then turned over to Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the arrest.
Identity Theft
On Sunday, March 24, 2019 at approximately 12:40pm, a 51-year-old Manalapan resident reported that she was the victim of identity theft. An unknown subject attempted to open several cell phone carrier accounts in her name totaling over $2000.00. The accounts were terminated and no money was lost. Patrolman Kyle Earley handled the report.

Identity Theft
On Saturday, March 23, 2019, at approximately 11:13am, the victim, a 70-year old Manalapan, NJ resident reported an incident of Identity Theft. The victim advised that an unknown actor used the victim’s personal information to open a credit card. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, March 23, 2019, at approximately 11:07am, Craig Peterson, a 28- year-old male, married, employed in sales and resident of Matawan, NJ turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Asbury Park Court in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Peterson was processed and released without bail as per the Asbury Park Court. Patrolman Reginald Grant was the arresting officer.
Driving While Intoxicated
On Saturday, March 23, 2019, at approximately 5:23am, Manalapan Police officers responded to the Wawa, Woodward Road, Manalapan, NJ in reference to the report of a suspicious male subject in his vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Henry Serrano, a 31-year-old male, single, employed as a tradesman and resident of Hightstown, NJ was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Serrano was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with multiple summonses. Patrolman Schank was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Friday, March 22, 2019, at approximately 4:00pm, the victim, a 33-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that on Friday, March 22, 2019, at approximately 12:40pm, an unknown actor stole a package from the victim’s porch. The package contained items valued at $390.40. The incident was handled by Patrolman Bylsma and is pending further investigation.
Warrant Arrest
On Friday, March 22, 2019, at approximately 11:53am, Patrolman Matt Porricelli conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a traffic violation. A passenger in the vehicle identified as Robert Ross, a 37-year-old male, married, employed union worker and resident of Freehold, NJ was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Freehold Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1139.00. Mr. Ross was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the arresting officer.

On Friday, March 22, 2019, 2019, at approximately 10:01am, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Smithburg Road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Michael Wistreich, a 46-year-old male, single, laborer and resident of Monroe, NJ was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Toms River Township Municipal Court in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Wistreich was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose
On Thursday, March 21 at approximately 12:51pm, patrols responded to Wawa, Woodward Road, Manalapan, NJ in reference to a male subject inside the store carrying a large sharp edged object. In addition, a victim, a 28-year-old resident of Freehold, NJ advised that the male subject had assaulted him and threatened him with the in the lot, and in the store. Multiple officers responded to the scene of the reported incident, upon arrival the subject had left the area. Further investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted and threatened by Alexander Harris, a 39-year-old, male, single, who is employed as a delivery driver and resident of Freehold, NJ. A. Harris was later located, arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and charged with Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. Mr. Harris was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility. Patrolman Meyler was the arresting officer he was assisted by additional Manalapan Police officers; this case is pending court.
Disorderly Persons / Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, March 21, 2019 at approximately 8:09am, patrols responded to Wawa, Woodward Road, Manalapan, NJ in reference to the report of a disorderly persons complaint. Upon police arrival a male subject, Paul Dell, a 59-year-old, male, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ was discovered to have an active warrant issued for his arrest by the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Dell was eventually transported from the to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released to the custody of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky was the arresting officer.
Driving While Intoxicated
On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 7:11pm, Patrolman Mantas Stanionis conducted a motor vehicle stop on McBride Road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Kevin Yearwood, a 63-year-old male, single, self employed and resident of Monroe, NJ was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Yearwood was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with multiple summonses. Patrolman Stanionis was the arresting officer.
Criminal Mischief
On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 10:41pm, the victim, a 31-year old Manalapan, NJ resident reported an incident of Criminal Mischief. The victim advised that during the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 19, 2019, an unknown actor slashed two tires on her vehicle. The tires have an approximate value of $500.00. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski was the responding and reporting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at approximately 4:10pm, Patrolman Mantas Stanionis conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tennent Road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Edelvin Escobar, a 37-year-old male, single, employed as a contractor and resident of Upper Darby, PA was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Newark Court in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Escobar was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released without bail as per the Newark Court. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis was the arresting officer.

On Monday, March 18, 2019, at approximately 8:14pm, Patrolman Christopher Makwinski conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33 in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Jeffrey Weisslitz, a 44-year-old male, single, self-employed and resident of Manalapan NJ was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Freehold Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1200. Mr. Weisslitz was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski was the arresting officer.
Fraud
On Monday, March 18, 2019, at approximately 6:13pm, the victim, a 66-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that on March 14, 2019, an unknown actor utilized his personal banking information and completed fraudulent transactions in the amount of an $85.97 check and a deposit in the amount of $143,000.00. The incident was handled by Patrolman Mantas Stanionis and is pending further investigation.
Possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia
On Sunday, March 17, 2019 at approximately 4:00pm, Patrolman John Lightbody conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 9 for a traffic violation. The driver, Cristian Jimenez, a 24-year-old male, single, employed in healthcare and resident of Jackson, NJ was found to be in possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Jimenez was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with multiple summonses. Patrolman John Lightbody was the arresting officer.
Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (handgun)
On Sunday, March 17, 2019, at approximately 10:09am, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Woodward road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Rodreques Patterson, a 31-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of North Carolina was found to be in possession of a handgun. Mr. Patterson was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released with a summons. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, March 16, 2019, at approximately 6:00pm, patrols responded to the lobby of Manalapan Township Police Headquarters for a report. Further investigation revealed that a female subject Jessica Wagoner, a 41-year-old female, single, employed as a waitress, and resident of South Amboy, NJ had a warrant issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500. Jessica was processed and released with a pending court
date. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the arresting officer.
Warrant
On Saturday, March 16, 2019, at approximately 9:15am, Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Gordon’s Corner Road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Aurian Young, a 28-year-old, male, single, employed as a server and resident of Newark, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Essex County Sheriff’s Department as well as a warrant issued for his arrest by the Seaside Heights Municipal Court in the amount of $278.00. The passenger of the vehicle, Walik Hemingway, a 28-year-old, male, single, employed as a guard, and resident of Newark, NJ was found to have four warrants that were issued for his arrest by the Newark Court totaling $375.00. Both Mr. Young and Mr. Hemingway were arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where they were processed. Mr. Hemingway was released without bail by the Newark Court and Mr. Young was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Lieu of bail. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
DWI
On Saturday, March 16, 2019 at approximately 5:27am, patrols responded to the area of Gordon’s Corner Road and Old Queens Boulevard for a report of a possible motorist in need of aid, investigation revealed that the driver, Andrew Flores, a 23-year-old male, single, employed as an account representative, and resident of Princeton, NJ was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Flores was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being served with multiple summonses. Patrolman Brian Cruse was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, March 16, 2019, at approximately 4:24am, Patrolman Schank and Patrolman Mattson met with the New Jersey State Police and took custody of Gerard England, a 36-year-old, male, single, employed as a trainer, and a resident of Freehold, NJ. Mr. England had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. England was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Brian Schank was the arresting officer.
Criminal Mischief
On Friday, March 15, 2019, at approximately 7:08PM, patrols responded to Devon Drive in reference to a report of suspicious activity in the area. Upon arrival, patrols located four vehicles that had open gas tank covers. One vehicle was found to have a substance consistent with sugar poured inside the gas tank opening. Warrant Arrest
On Friday, March 15, 2019, at approximately 6:15pm, Patrolman Matthew Meyler and Patrolman Charles Mazzatto responded to the Wall Township Police Department and took custody of Lorisa L. Rivera, a 28-year-old female, single, employed as a cook, and a resident of Browns Mills, NJ. Ms. Rivera had a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Rivera was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail. Patrolman Matthew Meyler was the arresting officer.
Identity Theft, Fraud
On Friday, March 15, 2019, at approximately 1:41pm, the victim, a 41-year-old, Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Identity Theft and Fraud. The victim advised that an unknown actor utilized his personal information and fraudulently opened and used a mobile phone account from 2004-2016, completing transactions totaling $795.94. Patrolman Ross Dessel was the responding officer.
Theft of Property
On Thursday, March 14th, 2019, at approximately 10:34pm, patrols responded to State Highway 33, Manalapan, NJ for a report of a theft. Upon arrival, the victim, a 37-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that a male subject from had taken the victim’s shoes. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the responding officer.
Theft
On Thursday, March 14, 2019, at approximately 11:00am, patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in Manalapan, NJ for a report of theft. An employee of the business advised that a 63-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident had taken two candy bars valued at $2.96 and left the store without paying. Patrolman Jeff Emslie was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, March 14, 2019, at approximately 12:12pm, Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky and Patrolman Ross Dessel responded to the Marlboro Township Police Department and took custody of Marcus Mack, a 31-year-old, male, single, employed as a cashier and resident of Marlboro, NJ. Mr. Mack had two warrants that were issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $2,000.00. Mr. Mack was processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky was the arresting officer.
Burglary, Theft, Arrest
On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 12:30pm, Detective Bryan Belardo arrested Anton Igorevich, a 27-year-old male, single, employed as a cook and a resident of Newark, NJ in connection with the Theft of $40.00 from a motor vehicle and an attempted Burglary to a motor vehicle both occurring on October 10, 2018 in our township. Mr. Igorevich was processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 10:49pm, Patrolman Charles Mazzatto conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tennent Road in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Joseph Panzica, a 37-year-old, male, single, self-employed contractor, and resident of Allentown, NJ, was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department in the amount of $2,020.00. Mr. Panzica was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Charles Mazzatto was the arresting officer.
Possession of less than of 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia
On Wednesday, March 13th, 2019, at approximately 9:38pm, Patrolman Mantas Stanionis conducted a motor vehicle stop on U.S Highway 9 in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. The driver, identified as Kevin Asare, a 22-year-old, male, single, employed as an inventory specialist, and resident of Sayerville, NJ, was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Asare was also found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Holmdel Township Municipal Court in the amount of $650.00. Mr. Asare was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and served with multiple summonses. Mr. Asare was subsequently transferred into the custody of the Holmdel Township Police Department in default of bail. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 2:05pm, police responded to a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Woodward Road near State Highway 33. During the investigation it was learned that one of the drivers, Zachary Koeser, a 26-year-old, male, single, self employed and resident of Toms River, NJ was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Seaside Heights Municipal Court in the amount of $400.00. Mr. Koeser was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Officer Jeanie Letts was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 8:10am, the victim, a 51-year-old Jamesburg, NJ resident, responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Theft. The victim advised that on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm, an unknown actor had stolen his landscaping trailer from the street in front of a residence on Winners Circle in Manalapan, NJ. The trailer is valued at $1,500.00. The incident was handled by Patrolman Jeff Emslie and is pending further investigation.
Fraud
On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at approximately 12:56pm, the victim, a 71-year-old resident of Newton, NJ responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Fraud. The victim advised that a former roommate removed in excess of $9,000 from his checking account between January 2018 and January 2019. Patrolman Anthony Cascella was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at approximately 11:46am, James S. Gerardo, a 39-year-old, male, married, self employed and resident of Freehold, NJ turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1000. Mr. Gerardo was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Christopher Oleksy was the arresting officer.
Driving While Intoxicated
On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at approximately 10:37 a.m., patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in Manalapan, NJ for a report of an female subject in a vehicle for a motorist aid. Further investigation revealed that Kerri Bruzenas, a 42-year-old, female, single, employed as a waitress and a resident of Manalapan, NJ was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Ms. Bruzenas was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after receiving multiple summonses. Officer Jean Letts was the arresting officer.
Theft/Fraud
On Monday March 11, 2019 at 8:44 pm, a 51 year old Manalapan resident responded to headquarters to file a fraud report. The victim reported that his debit card was stolen and used at multiple locations throughout the state, totaling $533.91 in fraudulent charges. The report was handled by Patrolman John Lightbody.
Fraud
On Sunday, March 10th, 2019, at approximately 3:05pm, the victim, a 62-year- old Manalapan, NJ resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of Identity Theft. The victim advised that in February 2019, an unknown actor utilized her personal information and fraudulently opened and used a credit card in various locations throughout New Jersey. The unknown actor completed fraudulent transactions in the amount of $826.67. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis was the responding officer.
