Warrant Arrest
On Monday, May 27, 2019, at approximately 8:11 a.m., patrols responded to the East Windsor Police Department and took custody of Kevin Pascal, a 49-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Princeton Junction, NJ. Mr. Pascal was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Pascal was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Ross Dessel was the arresting officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Sunday, May 26, 2019, at approximately 11:30 a.m., patrols responded to the Englishtown Police Department and took custody of Lindsey Reho, a 26-year-old female, single, employed as a salesperson and resident of Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Reho was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Reho was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail. Patrolman Charles Alaimo was the arresting officer.

Warrant Arrest
On Saturday, May 25, 2019, at approximately 9:21 p.m., Patrolman Christopher Makwinski conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Highway 9 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Carolina Cupillari, a 46-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Winfield Park, NJ was found to have a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Winfield Park Municipal Court in the amount of $99. Ms. Cupillari was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski was the arresting officer.
Fraud
On Saturday, May 25, 2019, at approximately 10:15 a.m., the victim, a 49-year-old resident of Manalapan, NJ from Augusta Drive responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of fraud. The victim advised that on Thursday, May 23, 2019 an unknown actor utilized the victim’s debit card information online and attempted to purchase landscape tools valued at $1,085. Patrolman Charles Alaimo was the responding officer.

Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, May 23, 2019, at approximately 10:31 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on Smithburg Road for a traffic violation. A passenger, Christopher Johnson, a 36-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Edison, NJ, was found to have four warrants issued for his arrest. The warrants were issued from the following jurisdictions: Howell Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00; the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1500.00; the Freehold Township Municipal court in the amount of $1500.00; and the Middletown Municipal Court in the amount of $145.00. Mr. Johnson was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Criminal Mischief
On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at approximately 10:30 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on State Highway 33 in reference to the report of criminal mischief. The victim, a 53-year-old Red Bank, NJ resident advised that during the afternoon hours on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, an unknown actor damaged the rear window of his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. Patrolman Matthew Meyler was the responding officer.
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at approximately 8:51 a.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33 for a traffic violation. The driver, Gregory Cromwell, a 30-year-old, male, single, employed as a laborer and resident of Sicklerville, NJ was found to have two warrants that were issued for his arrest. One warrant was issued by the Mount Laurel Township Municipal Court in the amount of $750 and the second warrant was issued by the Bass River Municipal Court in the amount of $103. Mr. Cromwell was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released without bail as per both municipal courts. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Burglary
On Monday, May 20, 2019, patrols responded to Park Avenue in reference to the report of a theft. Upon arrival, patrols met with the property manager who advised that some time between Saturday, May 18, 2018 and Monday, May 20, 2019, an unknown actor had unlawfully entered four commercial mailboxes and removed mail. The incident was handled by Patrolman Jeff Emslie and is pending further investigation.
Harassment
On Sunday, May 19, 2019, at approximately 8:23 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Tracy Drive in reference to the report of harassment. Upon arrival, the victim, a 51-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that they were being verbally harassed by a neighbor after the victim had walked his dog on his neighbor’s property. Patrolman Mantas Stanionis was the responding officer.
Theft
On Sunday, May 19, 2019, at approximately 7:47 p.m., the victim, a 56-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Pine Brook Road responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters in reference to the report of a theft. The victim advised that in June of 2018, he made a deposit payment in the amount of $7,850 to a construction company from Highlands, NJ for roofing services. The victim advised that this company has since failed to either start any of the work or return his deposit. The incident was handled by Patrolman Mantas Stanionis and is pending further investigation.
Burglary
On Saturday, May 18, 2019, at approximately 9:26 a.m., patrols responded to a residence on Hedgerow Lane in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, a 55-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that between 10:00 p.m. on May 17, 2019 and 9:00 a.m. on May 18, 2019 an unknown actor made entry into the garage of the victim’s residence. The actor then entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked within the garage and removed a purse containing items valued at approximately $470. The incident was handled by Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis and is pending further investigation.
Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle
On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Patrolman Bart Mattaliano conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33 in Manalapan, NJ for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was occupied by Vincent Bastedo, a 31-year-old male, single, employed as a cook, and a resident of Laceyville, PA, and Madison Rutkowski, a 26-year-old female, single, employed as a waitress, and a resident of Susquehanna, PA. Both subjects were found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Mr. Rutkowski was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle. Both subjects were arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where they were processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Bart Mattaliano was the arresting officer.
Theft
On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at approximately 6:04 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Elizabeth Place in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, a 62-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that between May 9, 2019 and May 16, 2019, an unknown actor entered the backyard of the victim’s residence and removed outdoor patio furniture valued at $1,600. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski was the responding officer this incident is under investigation.
Theft
On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at approximately 5:29 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on Gordon’s Corner Road in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, a 20-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on Thursday, May 16, 2019, between 3:40 p.m. and 4:50 p.m., an unknown actor stole the victim’s backpack. The backpack contained personal items that were valued at $454.00. The incident was handled by Patrolman Mantas Stanionis and is pending further investigation.
Disorderly Conduct
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 8:00 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on Gordon’s Corner Road in reference to a report of a disorderly person. Upon arrival, patrols met with Tahbitha Feliciano, a 35-year-old female, single, unemployed and resident of Manalapan, NJ. Ms. Feliciano was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after being served with a summons. Patrolman Charles Mazzatto was the arresting officer.
Fraud
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 8:30 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Oxford Road in reference to the report of fraud. The victim, a 49- year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that an unknown actor fraudulently opened a bank account utilizing the victim’s personal information. In addition, the victim advised that there were also unauthorized charges on the victim’s credit card totaling approximately $500.00. Patrolman Peter Bylsma was the responding officer.
Harassment
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 4:49 p.m., the victim, an 18-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident from Belle Terre Drive responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported an incident of harassment. The victim advised that on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 8:51 a.m., the victim received multiple text messages containing lewd and inappropriate language. The messages were sent from an unidentifiable phone number. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the responding and investigating officer.
Theft
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 3:51 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on Gordon’s Corner Road in reference to the report of a theft. The victim, a 59-year-old Manalapan, NJ resident advised that on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, an individual stole a pair of eye glasses from a display case. Patrolman Matt Porricelli was the responding officer, this incident is being investigated.
Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at approximately 12:30 p.m., patrols responded to a business located on Woodward Road in reference to the report of a parking complaint. Upon arrival, patrols located a vehicle occupying a handicapped parking space without authorization or identification allowing so. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle identified as Omar Warsop, a 35-year-old male, single, unemployed and resident of Philadelphia, PA had a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Warsop was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Reggie Grant was the arresting officer.
